Workout of the day for Saturday, February 22nd, 2015:

For this workout, every athlete will need a partner to judge or to be judged. Partner’s will switch every 4 minutes with 1 minute transition time. EG Partner A will complete their first 4 minute AMRAP, 1 minute rest, then partner B will complete their first 4 minute AMRAP, 1 minute Rest, etc.

4 Rounds of 4 minute AMRAP:
WallBall 20/14-lb
Chest-2-Bar
Power Clean 95/65-lb

The rep scheme is an ascending ladder that increases by 3 reps every time you complete a round. So the First round is 3 of each movement, the next round is 6 of each movement, etc. The Rep scheme does not reset for each AMRAP. Continue each 4 minute AMRAP where you left off on the last.
