The end of the 2015 CrossFit Open brings some exciting changes for athletes at CrossFit Roseville!

Events coming up:

Sat. April 25th, Group Hike @ Rainbow Lodge

Schedule Changes, Beginning April 13th:
5-6:30pm (M,T,W,F) Competitor Class.
5-6:30pm (Thursday) Open Gym.
6:30-7:30pm (M,T,W,T, F) CrossFit Class
7:30-8:30pm (M,W) Foundations Class

Pre-Wod:
2 Rounds:
5 Burpee Box Jump Over
15 Goblet Squats
30 Box Jumps

2-3 rounds:
2 Turkish Get-up (each side)
5 Good Morning
15 GHD Sit-Up

Workout of the day for Tuesday, March 31st, 2015:
12 min EMOM (3 rounds):
Minute 1: Handstand Walk
Minute 2: 30 Sec. L-sit
Minute 3: 12 Pistols (Sub eccentric pistol to candlestick roll)
Minute 4: 15 toes-2-bar

5 Rounds:
25 Push-Ups
5 Bar Muscle-Up
(Sub: 2 Chest-2-Bar or Jumping Bar Muscle-Up)
52 Dubz
