With a partner, every 90 Seconds for 30 minutes:

Run 100M.

With remaining time, AMRAP:
2 Handstand Push-Up (Sub Dumbell Strict press, against a box)
3 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20
4 Pull-up

* Switch Partners every 90 second round. Pick-Up where you left off from the last round of the AMRAP. Scores are kept individually.
