5 Hang Squat Clean @ 70% 1RM Clean
5 Chest-2-Bar

* Tabatta Scoring (slowest of the 8 rounds).

** Each Round should take less than 2 Minutes, don’t dog the first round and make this your slowest of the 8, but don’t sprint your first round and burn out before you complete 8 sets! Can you sprint for less than 2 minutes… & also sustain this speed for 32 minutes!?
