Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk
Add weight every set or every few sets. If your form is solid and speed is good keep building. Stop building if Form starts to suffer.

B.
4 Minute AMRAP:
Squat Clean + 2 Jerks @ 40% of the max from part A.

20 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean & Jerk 40/30-lb
