Workout of the day for Tuesday, March 29th, 2016:

3 Rounds (30 minute cap):
800M Run*
30 Air Squats
30 Push Press 25/15-lb Dumbbells
260M Sled Push
260M SandBag Carry (Big/Little)
260M Sled Pull 90/70-lb
260M Overhead Plate Walk 45/35-lb

*If 800m takes longer than 3:30 minutes, scale the run to a 400m. The 260M obstacles can be achieved in any order.
