30 min EMOM, alt*:
30 yard sled push, Or 15 Calorie Row
15 GHD Sit-Up, Or 15 “See The Light” Sit-Up
*The Goal for this EMOM Style workout is to test your work capacity. The more work you get done in each minute the greater your capacity. Scale each of the three movements to a level that is possible to complete all 30 minutes, but difficult enough so that you push yourself mentally and physically.
