Wod With Class:
3 rounds (15 min cap):
150 double-unders
30 Front Rack lunges 115/85-lb, or 35% 1RM Backsquat

Pause Front Squat:
3 x 5 reps @ 50%, 7 second pause

Backsquat, Dips, Bent Over Row:
2 x 5*

*After a day of rest, the lifting today should feel easy and that’s how it should be. Get the reps in.
