Training Plan WOD For Tuesday, March 27th, 2018:

WOD With Class:
Backsquat:
5-3-3-2-1-1-5*

*Build to a 5-Rep Max. This is a sample progression to build each set towards a 5-RM, adding load each set. You may use whatever progression you like!

Squat Clean:
3 x 3 @ 70% 1RM

Deadlift:
1 x 5 @ 80% 1RM

Bench Press:
5 x 5 @ 80% 1RM

Conditioning:

• DB Snatch 50/35-lb

*Workout is 12 minutes total. 20 sec. ON/10 sec. REST, alternating between each movement for 8 total rounds.
