8 Chest-2-Bar
12 Air Squat

*w/Weight Vest 20/14-lb

Back Squat:
5 x 5 @ 90% of 5-Rep Max

Bench Press:
5 x 5 @ 90% of 5RM

Deadlift:
1 x 5*

*Build to a moderately heavy set of 5 reps.
