WOD With Class:
Every 90 seconds, 6 rounds, complete the following:
2 Power Snatches*

*Starting @ 70% 1RM and finishing @ 85%

Conditioning:
6 Rounds:
30 Dubz
20 Push Ups
3 Power Snatches @ 80% 1RM

Snatch Balance:
Every 90 seconds, 4 rounds:
2 Snatch Balance*

Starting @ 75% of 1RM Snatch, no higher than 85%

*Pause at the bottom of each rep for 1-2 seconds.

Conditioning:
7 Rounds*:
45/36 Cal Assault Bike
First 20/16 cal moderate pace,
Next 15/12 cal mod/fast pace,
Last 10/8 cal fast pace,

*90 seconds rest between rounds
