3-Position Power Cleans:
5 Rounds:
3 Position Power Clean
– 1st rep from the floor
– 2nd rep from below knee
– 3rd rep above knee

*Each set is done unbroken. Starting @ 65% of your 1rm power clean, small increase if feeling good. This is about technique and correct position, rather than heavy loads.

Conditioning:
Every 5 Minutes for 3 Rounds:
• 800/650m Row
• Max GHD sit-ups in remaining time
Rest 1 minutes after each round

*If after the first round you achieved less than 35 reps, substitute for abmat.
