Strength
Bench Press
6-6-6-6-6  (75% of 1 Rep Max)

Conditioning
2013 CrossFit Games Regional Event 7
Four rounds for time of:
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
100 foot Sprint
225 pound Squat clean, 4 reps
100 foot Sprint

We put our bodies through a lot of work, on purpose. Be nice to your body, spend 5-7 minutes Pre Workout Rolling out aka SMR (Self Myofascial Release) and 10-20 minutes post WOD Rolling out and Stretching. It only takes a couple of minutes to make change. Constant Progress every day in the areas you need to work on and it will make a world of difference in your longevity and your performance.
