Front Squat
3(70%) – 3(80%) – 3+(90%)  reps

Then,

“Isabel”
30 reps for time
Snatch 135 lb / 95 lb

  2. Oooh… this scares me. I’ll be going light-(ish?) Haha… although I’m not as sore as I thought I would be from the marathon. So yay for that!
