Screen-Shot-2013-05-08-at-2.13.51-PMOn Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week you get your chance to tackle these wods. That way, on the following weekend when you watch Northern California’s fittest, you will have be able to appreciate what they are doing because you will have done it too!
You are not required to do all of these workouts, but if you want to try it, I recommend the following. Work out on Monday and Tuesday, take Wednesday off, and then as much as is possible try to space out your efforts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On thursday and friday, if you could come in 2 x, in the AM and the PM, that would be best. On Saturday, the workout at 8 am and 9 am will be different – like this past Saturday.
