100 wall balls (20/14 lbs to a 10′ target)
100 chest to bar pull-ups
100 One-legged squats, alternating
100 One-arm dumbbell snatches (70/50 lbs)
B. 21-15-9 reps for time of: (8 minute cap)
Deadlift (315/205 lbs)
Box Jump (30/24 inch)
There will be several scaled options and suggestions for partitioning.
