Workout of the Day for Friday April 26, 2013

“Nasty Girls”
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Clean, 135/95 pounds

3 Things
1. Accept that your going to have some workouts that go great and some workouts that go bad. The important thing is you keep giving it your all even when things aren’t going well.

2. Keep it in perspective. It’s going to be harder to set a PR after a hard day or a hard week so don’t be too hard on yourself. Bring the best that you have on that day and that exercise. Keep a big picture view of the work we are doing on our fitness.

3. Believe in what we are doing at CrossFit Roseville. There is no better way to move towards balanced fitness and healthy general physical preparedness then by doing constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity with a community of like-minded people.

  2. Excellent point Justin. I have noticed and am please with the progress I have made so far. Somedays are easy and somedays are hard. I truely owe it to the Coach’s and the good people I have become friends with at Crossfit Roseville.
    The new site looks great!!!
