  1. Looks like a fun first day back in the box WOD. All three tips are great reminders. I especially like the “self- talk”. It’s really easy to get caught up in either talking yourself down to others or to yourself. I think I can, I think I can, I KNOW I can!

  2. … on another note! These are the WOD’s that are LEGIT!!! “To Legit… Too Legit to QUIT” (Sy and MC. Hammer re-mix). ” Opa Gangnam Style… too Legit… To Legit to QUIT”

  3. This is going to be a fun one!!

Love all three tips especially #1

If by any chance you WOD next to me, excuse my potty mouth from time to time. I’m speaking to myself and pushing myself to go harder, to not give up, and finish strong.

  4. Love the Nicho video. Well put together.

For me I have to constantly adjust my self talk. I often talk myself into a negative space. Dont do that.

Visualization is very important, but once again make sure you are visualizing success and not failure.

Goal setting – February was improve hip and ankle flexibilty month for me. I am able to get at least 2 inches farther into the squat.

March is improve Push up month for me. Anyone in?

  5. My self talk has become positive over the last two weeks and that’s how I will be from now on:) looks like a great workout!!

    1. My self talk is usually positive..but too much. I talk myself into a maze. I need to stop talking and start doing.

Side Bar: I am going to need some creative minds at 4 PM to make me a WOD that can be done with a sprained wrist! YAY!!

  6. That is the funniest vid i’ve seen on this blog so far!!!
Keep it up Justin and i just may forget the running you made me do yesterday!
    Ali’s mom

  7. Without a doubt, I need to work on my negative self talk. I sometimes compare myself to what the BOYS are accomplishing, and I wonder why I’m not there yet.

This looks gnarly! I’m so pumped for it! Just hoping my poor little broken baby toe can handle the sprints! Otherwise I’ll be alternated WOD’ing with my broken twinsie <3
