50 Pull-ups and 50 Push-ups

**This Saturday CrossFit Sac will be visiting our box! There will be sign-ups for heats on a first-come-first serve basis. Doors will open at 8:00, the WOD briefing will begin at 8:30am.**

Workout of the day for Thursday 02/07/13

Speed/Power
15 minutes to work up to a heavy power or squat clean

Conditioning
Tabata Mash-up of
Deadlift 165/105 pounds
Burpee

I think this is a good goal! 50 strict pull-ups and 50 push-ups.

  1. I wonder if they are going to make us do 7 minutes of burpees again for the Crossfit Games? I think I may have to do that some Friday just to check my progress from last year anyway…and 50 strict pull ups!??!?!? I am working on “butterfly” pull ups as my goat/skill this month so I can do them faster and more efficient not slower and ineffective like my strict pull ups are.
