Application of Gymnastics to Lifting Heavy Things

Skill: (5 minutes)
Hollow Body Instruction & Applying tension to all of your movements/lifts

Strength: (20 minutes)
Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Skill: (5 minutes)
Gymnastics kip: Hollow to Arch and applying to kipping pull-ups and toes-2-bar & butterfly pull-ups

Skill: (10 minutes)
Partner Handstand Holds & Ring Support.

Midline Stability: (10-15 minutes)
5 sets x Max Effort Hollow Body Holds with partner
6 sets each w/partner: 30 second weighted plank
