Do not let your small victories pass by unceremoniously, celebrate your simple wins!

Showing up consistently will breed results. We do not advance by leaps and bounds, it is by an accumulation of minor successes that shapes our progress toward our end goal. If we do not celebrate the simple wins we are likely to let these victories wither away instead of using them to help us advance our progress further.

Give yourself a prize. Eat something that makes you happy. Tell a friend. Whatever method serves you best, celebrate your simple wins in a way that will remind you of your goals and how you are now one step closer to achieving them.
