CrossFit works to help us achieve our fitness goals. Along the way we experience the many set backs and the joyful successes that come with chasing after our goals. We are constantly increasing our work capacity, learning new skills, and developing new strengths to no end. And because there is no end to what we can accomplish it is important to celebrate every small accomplishment. My goal is to be better tomorrow and the next day.
