Workout of the day for Friday July 12th, 2013:

Strength:
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
Rest 2-3 minutes
Then, every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 80%

Conditioning:
As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
7 Power cleans 155#/105#
7 Knees to elbow
7 Handstand push-ups
30 Double-unders
