Strength:
Bench Press:
10-10-10 @ fixed weight
Superset:
5-10 Pistols each leg

Conditioning:
21-15-9 reps for time:
Deadlift 225/155
Pull-up

How well can you maintain your accuracy under physical stress and the distraction of physical discomfort? If you were ever called upon to use your firearm, would it be similar to the calm, rested, controlled environment of a typical shooting range or would it be under stress (an elevated heart rate, full adrenal gland operation, shortness of breath, etc.)? We can simulate the feeling of adrenaline release through short high-intensity bursts of exercise.
