Workout of the Day for Wednesday March 19, 2014

Pre-Wod:
“Rowling,” 5 min amrap. Every Round includes 5 reps of both WallBalls and 5 burpees + the same amount of reps that you are over on the row. So if you row a 102 (or 98) on the first round you would owe an additional 2 wall-ball and 2 burpees for that round.

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Pull-up
15 Push-up

Post-Wod:
3 person teams, 1 person working at a time (all 3 working at the same time on the tire):
Amrap 4 min Tire Flips
Rope Climbs (sub strict pull-up)
Pistols

Mobility:
Shoulder Mobility
