Great job team Roseville!

The biggest misconception we live with is believing that we are limited to only what are bodies are capable of…the truth is our minds are what limit us. The opportunity we had to be apart of the STTD was amazing. The atmosphere was incredibly positive and motivating. Being around that many fit and friendly people, all focused on the same goal only continues drives me to work harder and harder. I can honestly say I have never been more excited and committed to getting in the best shape of my life. I look forward to blood sweat and tears with all of you in the coming months at our box. ~Kenny S.

Jesse P., Kenny S., Tali S., and Ashley A. worked their butt off this weekend at the Sac Town Throwdown. Ask them what was the hardest; the log clean and press, the pirouettes, or the 3/4″ nylon rope double unders. All 4 did amazing and survived the weekend injury free.

Everyone who was there, including me, are more motivated now than ever before. Thank you to our team for inspiring us up and having the guts to get out there and throwdown. Participating in an organized event like this is essential to your development as an athlete in the sport of life. We all need to do stuff like this, and luckily you will have more opportunities in the future. Will you do it? We all will get different things from “competing” – facing a challenge, overcoming fear, seeing how you ‘stack-up’, rising to new levels, dealing with competition baggage from your past, etc. I’m sure there are more reasons why people need this, you can add them to comments. I can’t think of any reason why someone wouldn’t do stuff like this unless they weren’t physically able to yet….Yet…YET. You will be ready soon. Keep working. ~Justin

WOW… where do I begin: I volunteered both days and it was definitely the BEST seat in the house!!! In a nutshell; My fitness level will be better than yesterday, motivation has stepped up to a new level, and I am humbled w/ my gift of fitness!!! ~ Rob G.

My first thought after watching the Throwdown this weekend is that I can’t wait to get back into the gym.  I feel so much more motivated to get stronger, faster, and better than I was yesterday. ~April M.

Being completely new to crossfit and volunteering at this weekends event, i am completely amazed. There were some amazing athletes, and it’s just motivation to commit to Crossfit even more than I was initially assuming I would. I’m excited and determined to succeed. see you tomorrow!! ~Jenni
