High School Summer Strength & Conditioning Program
THIS IS the place for your student athlete. Increase strength and endurance through the summer months to get a step ahead of the competition.
Our program balances Functional Movement, Olympic Lifting, conditioning, and Nutrition to not only improve your child’s strength & conditioning, but to be a healthier athlete going into the season (and less likely to be sidelined by injuries).
6-Week H.S. Summer Strength & Conditioning Session
When: June 5–July 21
Where: CrossFit Roseville
Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri from 3–4 p.m.
This program is specifically designed to get high school athletes (including 8th graders entering high school this fall) ready for their sport season through a combination of weight lifting and metabolic conditioning.
