1 minute of rowing (or sprint 260 meters)
Rest 15 seconds
30 seconds of shoulder press 95/65lb
Rest 15 seconds

Post-Wod:
50 Hollow Rocks
50 Hollow Arches

Mobility:
2 minute Hamstring (each side)
2 minute Couch Stretch (each side)
2 minute Pigeon (each side)
