Workout of the day for Friday, August 9th, 2013:

Athlete’s Choice:

A. Strength:
Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Conditioning:
1600 Meter Sled Pull for Max Load & Time

B. In 15 min:
Run 1200 meters, then:
AMRAP:
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat

C. “13.3”
12 minutes AMRAP:
150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
