Lilia and I are back from our trip. It’s been almost 5 months. We’ve missed CrossFit Roseville immensely and it’s good to be home. I’m looking forward to seeing all the familiar faces and meeting all of the new ones. I can’t wait to see the progress you’ve made in your fitness over the summer. For the new CrossFit Roseville members, I’m looking forward to helping you reach your goals and joining with the other coaches in delivering to you the best damn strength and conditioning program on the planet – CrossFit!
Lilia and I drove from Sacramento, California east to Savannah, Georgia. Then north up to Niagara Falls, New York, then left our car in Chicago and went to Europe (there was a brief medical mission trip to Ecuador, South America before leaving for Europe). We travelled through France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. We took a boat across the atlantic, picked up our car, and drove west from Chicago, Illinois to Portland, Oregon, then we turned the car south and here we are. I got to visit over 30 CrossFit gyms and I’ll post a complete list of the CrossFit gyms visited soon. The nationwide and worldwide CrossFit family is alive and well.
I hope you had a memorable summer full of good health and good cheer. I hope you are as ready as I am to make this fall season at CrossFit Roseville the best season we have ever had. It’s time for personal records, new breakthroughs, and unforgettable experiences.

Lilia was happy to see the place where Kate and William (I think that’s their names?) got married and I was impressed to stand on top of the remains of Isaac Newton and within an arm’s reach of the entombed body of Bloody Mary Queen of Scots!
