Coach Andy is looking for the best dressed person from the 80’s today so show up decked out in your best 80’s attire.

Crossfit Roseville is offering childcare! We will have a well qualified babysitter in the room while you work out! But we need your help updating our kid’s room and getting everything just right. If you have any new or gently used toys, baby walkers, books, or anything else that you may think we can benefit from please feel free to donate them. We appreciate it.

  1. Wait just a minute here… I just looked up our team roster for the Open and it’s missing tons of names. Tell me this is a computer glitch and not because you aren’t participating!
