While Roman and Riza were getting it done at Good Times CrossFit, we had 60 future Marines come by for some training.

  1. Monday’s WOD looks like fun! I really enjoyed watching R and R kill it on Saturday. They were FIERCE! So far I see Rob, Marissa and Bill signed up for the Rookie Rumble. Who else will I get to cheer for?
