Doing the work? Measure the results!

Paleo Nutrition Challenge Special

for CrossFit Roseville members!

Functional Nutrition Session $50 (regularly $150)

Do you measure your body-fat regularly, step on the scale, strive for a benchmark PR? Why not measure your bio-markers?

Athletes invest significant time and effort into physical training, but even still, the physiology of their body can have a major impact on performance gains and losses. This is why it is so important to measure and monitor the body’s response to life style changes. Every individual is different and, ultimately, every individual body will have a different reaction to a new diet, new supplements, a new routine, et cetera.

Includes:

  1. Health history review
  2. Electro – Interstitial Scan*

Supports:

  1. Paleo Challenge
  2. CrossFit training
  3. Ongoing lifestyle health & wellness

Important measurements/bio-markers for CrossFitters to boost/support optimal Paleo results:

  • top 2 individual physiological factorsbased on scan results
    • could be stress, digestion, inflammation etc.
  • hydration – do you slam down your water to get it over with or does your body have a chance to absorb and use this precious fluid?
  • electrolytes (mineral balance) – think your sweat angel is hogging all the minerals? think you are getting enough through leafy greens? do you eat leafy greens and veggies? where are your minerals coming from?
  • hormone levels (insulin, coritsol, estrogen, thyroid, etc) – wonder if you have an endocrine roadblock?
  • glucose, lipid & BMR – is your body working too hard, not hard enough? smarter not harder! efficiency is optimal.

Sessions are 45 minutes and being scheduled for the following dates:

  • Thursday, August 23rd 10:30 – 6pm
  • Tuesday, August 28th 8 – 3pm

Sessions must be conducted 4+ hours before or after a high intensity workout! Please schedule accordingly.
