Group Workout Schedule:

Monday: 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am…..430 pm, 530 pm, 630 pm

Tuesday: 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am…..4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

Wednesday: 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am…..430 pm, 530 pm, 630 pm (Strength/Skill/Open Gym)

Thursday: 8 am, 9 am…..4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm (Mobility Class)

Friday: 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am…..4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm

Saturday:  8 am, and 9 am*

*Saturday at 9 am is a free class for anyone in the community wanting to try CrossFit.

Doors typically open about 15 minutes prior to class start time.

Group Workouts
Group classes include a warm-up, specific movement instruction or skill work, and a workout of the day. Variety, Intensity, and Functionality are the keys to ever-increasing levels of fitness. There will always be scaled versions of the workouts so all fitness levels can get a great workout.

Private Training
Private Training for all levels is available by appointment.
