This Sunday we will be closed, if you are free come down to the Moxie Madness and support our 8 athletes!

Monday we will have one workout at 9am! Come join in on the fun!

Workout of the day for Monday 09/03/12:

In Teams of 4:

3 Rounds:

2 team members Run 400m with a 45/25lb plate while,

2 team members complete 50 partner WallBalls,

When both members return from the run & the 50 partner wall balls are completed athletes switch tasks.
