The Zone Diet is Not a Diet….
…it is principles of eating that once learned, and understood, become part of your life. A diet is something you do for a while to reach a certain goal. Proper eating habits of portion and quality are skills to be learned and mastered for a lifetime. The Zone is a method for learning how to compile your meals and daily food intake. Being that I am not a detailed orientated person out of work because my work requires every bit of detail, I choose not be that way outside of work and allow my personal life style just flow as its presented to me… that being said can I request for a “lamens term” easy 3, 2, 1 understanding for the ZONE? 🙂
