We NEED your help getting volunteers for the Throwdown

The big event is less than 2 weeks away and we need lots more volunteers!  Please post to blogs, and share our facebook link (https://www.facebook.com/SacThrowdown) as much as possible to help us fill our volunteer needs!

We need all kinds of people ranging from judges to movers to WOD facilitators and plate loaders/spotters.  We also need some experienced gymnasts to help judge gymnastic movements.  Volunteer descriptions and schedules can be found athttp://crossfiteastsac.com/sacthrowdown/volunteers/.

It takes an army to put on a gig like this, please help get the word out and recruit the right people for the jobs!
