Welcome CrossFit SAC for CrossFit Open Workout 12.2

**CrossFit Sac is visiting our box today! All our welcome. There will be scaled versions of the workout available. Sign-ups for heats starting at 8 AM, doors open at 7:45 AM.**

At 9 Am there will be an alternate workout for visitors and newer athletes with limited exposure to the Snatch. 

Schedule
8:00 – 8:10 Arrive and sign up for workout time
8:10 – 8:20 Group warm-up
8:20-8:30 Workout instruction
8:30-8:40 Heat 1
8:40-8:45 Clean-up and Prep for Heat 2
8:45 – 8:55 Heat 2
….
Heats continue every 15 minutes until done.

Workout of Day for Saturday Feb 9, 2013

“CrossFit Open Workout 12.2”
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch, 75/45 pound
30 Snatch, 135/75 pound
30 Snatch, 165/100 pound
amrap Snatch, 210/120 pound

Scaled MEN –
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Scaled WOMEN –
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
35 pound Snatch, 30 reps
55 pound Snatch, 30 reps
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
90 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

  1. Great snatch workout today. Great group of people from Crossfit Sac too. This is one of the many moves I have to work on in my progression. It hurts the ego a bit to see so many others ripping off huge numbers on this wod. I am nothing if not competitive at least.

  2. Seriously! Snatch ladder and Annie! All of you inspire me! I had so much fun today. I wish CFRV was open tomorrow so we could play some more!!!
