Workout of the day for Monday 10/08/12:

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

7 minute amrap:

7 Kettle Bell OHS Left Hand 53/35lb
7 Kettle Bell OHS Right Hand 53/35lb

 

 

Ashley set a goal to improver her overhead squat by 20 lbs in 2 months. 3 days later Ashley hit 3 reps at her goal ohs weight. Envision your goals and get after them and you might be surprised at how strong you really are! Good job Ashley!
