Thanksgiving Training Schedule
Wed – normal schedule [515, 6, 7, 8, 9 AM and 4,5,6 PM] Thursday (Thanksgiving) – one workout only at 8 AM
Friday (Black Friday) – one workout only at 9 AM
Saturday – normal schedule 8 AM & 9 AM
Workout of the Day for Wednesday 11/27/13
15-12-9 reps, for time of:
Thrusters, 135/95 lbs
Weighted Pull-ups, 45/30 lbs
For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.
