Pre-Wod:
3 Rounds:
4-7 Strict Handstand Push-Up
L-Sit
3-10 Hinge Row

12 minute AMRAP:
5 Push Press 155/105lb
10 Deadlift 155/105lb
15 Burpee

Post-Wod:
L1: 4×5 Scapula Pushups
L2: 4×10 Scapula Pushups
L3: 4×15 Scapula Pushups
IM (Mobility In-between each set): 10 Reps Swivel Hips (each side)
