It is time to prep for the 2015 Goal Setting Course! Pick a 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year long goal. The goal setting course will be the beginning of a call to arms, of sorts, to promote habits and ideals that work to improve our fitness.

The goal setting course will officially begin January 15th.  Coaches will help members plan goals for the coming year!

Begin by thinking about what you like about CrossFit, what you wish to gain from being a CrossFit athlete, and what you enjoy specifically about CrossFit Roseville.

In the goal setting course we will discuss how goals that are rightly ordered will lead to the development of our virtuous character. Our goals (as wells as our means for accomplishing your goals) must work to improve all aspects of our lives: our physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing.
