15 GHD Sit-Up, or Toes-2-Bar, or Weighted Abmat Sit-Up
*Start at 50% of your 1RM. Add 5-10 lb. Every Round until you reach Failure.
Every 90 Seconds for 6 Rounds:
2 Power Snatch*
*Start at 65% 1RM, increase slightly each round.
