3 Rounds of Backsquat:
65% x 5
70% x 5
75% x 5+

Complete a set of Backsquat every 2 minutes for 9 rounds. For the plus set the goal is to do a max set with a minimum of 5 reps. Each Round starts over at the lightest percentage.

4 Rounds (16 Min Cap):
400m Row, 800m Bike, 320m Ski
20 DB Snatch 50/25-lb
10 Box Jump Over 30/24″

Sweat Sessions Workout:

“Hammer”
5 Rounds each for time, of:
5 DB Power Clean (Heavy)
10 DB Front squat
5 DB Jerk
20 Ring Row, or Pull-ups
Rest 90 seconds
