I wonder if they are going to make us do 7 minutes of burpees again for the Crossfit Games? I think I may have to do that some Friday just to check my progress from last year anyway…and 50 strict pull ups!??!?!? I am working on “butterfly” pull ups as my goat/skill this month so I can do them faster and more efficient not slower and ineffective like my strict pull ups are.
