Sat July 28th Competition for Moxie Teams! 10-12am
There will be 3 workouts this Saturday from 10-noon for all athletes interested in being on one of our moxie teams. There will be a make-up day on Wednesday Night if you cannot attend this Saturday. If you need to do these workouts at another time contact me.

The 31 Heroes Project exists to honor our fallen heroes killed in action August 6, 2011 through fitness and raise funds for programs that provide support to families of all fallen military heroes—past, present, and future.
Registration is $31, and will include a 31 Heroes T-shirt. Heats will being promptly at 8:00am.

Sat August 11th: Oroville Strength Competition
This is an individual competition. At least 3 members of CrossFit Roseville are signed up to go and others are planning on heading over to watch the event.

Sat August 18th: Sprint Triathlon at Folsom Lake!
We will be hosting a sprint Triathlon at Folsom Lake this weekend. There will be no Saturday morning Class at CrossFit Roseville. After the Sprint Triathlon we will hang out at the lake to BBQ and to connect with one another.

Sat August 25th: Lalane Fitness Throwdown Individual Competition
9:00AM to 1:00PM
WHERE: 960 HOWARD STREET

Sat September 1&2 Moxie Madness Team Competition
Where: at the Stadium for the San Jose State Spartans, in San Jose CA.
What: There will be 3 workouts on Saturday and 2 on Sunday

  1. Looks like a neat work capacity WOD that I can do at home.

    I don’t really the point of doing snatch doubles @ 70%.
