Workout of the day for Saturday October 12, 2013:

3 Rounds of:
In 5 minutes complete:
Run 400m
30 pushups
50 lateral hops over barbell
Then, AMRAP:
Front Rack Lunges 115/75lb
Rest 1 minute in-between Rounds

Then:
Bonus WOD!
