50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
25 Overhead squats, 65/45 pounds
25 L-pull-ups
50 Sit-ups

  1. Mmmm, butter! Word on the street is that my mom used to find butter pats in my pockets after I went out to dinner with my grandparents! My dad got caught as a toddler taking bites out of the neighbors stick of butter. Mia thinks butter should be served like cheese slices. Needless to say, I come from a family of butter lovers!
