6 Push-up
9 Box Jump (30/24 inches)
*rest 1 minute between each 3 minute round
This last weekend, on Sunday, I went to a CrossFit Defense seminar at CrossFit CSA in Dublin. This seminar was taught by Tony Blauer. I’ll do a brief recap and show a few of the drills on Tuesday night from 7-8 pm at the box if anyone is interested.
