100 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 pounds

About 25 of us are heading out to a Sacramento River Cats game tonight. Roman A. and Sara C. are working out prior to the game at 5 PM on Raley Field. If they perform better than the other 5 box teams they can throw out the first pitch of the game.
If you didn’t get tickets, it’s not too late. Call Joey with the River Cats at (916) 376-4789 and tell him you need some tickets in the CrossFit Roseville section. Or buy them there but get tickets in our section (text me or check with me at Saturday’s workout and I can tell you what section that is).
